I don't know about you, but I'd be somewhat helpless without my smartphone, my laptop, and all things connected. I need to know where I'm going, what's going on, & how things are going at all times. I'm sure it's unhealthy. Thankfully, I can use the excuse of publishing content online to keep a hold of my precious smartphone, of which I depend so much on.
