Who knew convenience could be so scary?
It is amazing though just how quickly technology progresses. Seems like yesterday that we were cracking jokes about the convenience of e-commerce being built on the backs of hard-working couriers, but already their jobs are being threatened by automation. One doesn't need to be a luddite to feel some sense of unease about all this.
