Sorry for the cheap meme punchline. I really wanted to do a comic about the parade of screw ups coming from United Airlines, but it was a lot harder than I expected, probably because the reality is just so grim. We live in a world where companies like that can regularly screw people (and dogs) over with no political or financial cost, and just recognizing that fact makes it a little more difficult to find the humor of the situation.
