It’s amazing how quickly this phenomenon has mutated in our social media driven world. It began innocently enough with gender reveal cakes, then a dash of violence was thrown in with gender reveal pinatas, and now we’ve moved on to a literal arms race of wildfires and explosives. This comic just takes this trend to its natural conclusion, and honestly… I think it might be the perfect distillation (conflagration?) of our current American culture.
